The following services are rendered by MBA Human Resources and Labour Relations Experts:

  • Legal Administrative Requirements:
Registration with Compensation Commission, registration with UIF or SARS in terms of SDL and PAYE. Monthly and annual returns to the various Commissioners

  • Staffing:
Recruitment, selection and placement of employees and managerial level staff.

  • Human Resources Maintenance:
Job grading, critical performance areas, task listings, competencies and organizational structures

  • Labour Relations:
Disciplinary codes, grievance procedures, communication, conflict handling, negotiations and disputes (through CCMA up to arbitration)

  • Skills Development:
The co-ordination and implementation of the Skills Development Act.

  • Employment Equity:
The co-ordination and implementation of the Employment Equity Act.

  • Occupational Health & Safety:
The co-ordination and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • Training:
Various training and development courses, including but not limited to strategic management, labour relations, negotiation and bargaining skills, etc.
