Providing help, particularly meals, to primary school children, food parcels to those in need and a centre for the disabled, many of whom are living with HIV and AIDS.

Our target groups include orphans and vulnerable children, disabled people, including those living with HIV and AIDS. Core activities include school feeding scheme, provision of food parcels and our disabled centre.

The Foundation, with whatever resources are available, provides whatever help it can, according to need. The H.E.L.P. Foundation Shop sells books, furniture, clothing or whatever is donated to them, to buy food for food parcels and to provide a daily meal for primary school children. The meals are provided Monday to Friday during school term time, to the children, who congregate at the E-side Training College at Nzimakhwe near Port Edward.

The Foundation provides food parcels to those in need, at the shop. Finances permitting, the Foundation also helps with paying school fees and various emergencies that might arise. Any individuals in need who approach the centre for help are assisted. Many people are given information, referred to relevant local organisations or assisted with obtaining ID documents.

Half of the people accommodated at the disabled centre are living with HIV and AIDS. The centre is in dire need of adult nappies.

Money is raised through sales of donated items at the H.E.L.P. Foundation Shop. All donations gratefully accepted.
